General Information for tomorrow's County Show

Just one sleep to go before the big day! We’re hoping to see everyone out and about enjoying the beautiful sunshine at the 2026 Clare County Show. Please, please, remember to bring your hats, liquids and factor 50 sunscreen as it is promised to be pretty warm and blue skies all day.

Entry: €10 per adult

Kids go free

Cash and card payments available at entry points.

Gates open at 8am to help exhibitors and traders get set up. Parking stewards will be directing traffic mostly down towards Ennis Rugby Club to access the rear parking areas, and there is plenty of on-site parking for visitors.

Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a lead at all times and bring water and waste bags. Water stations will be available around the grounds for all animals, including a tap at the side of the exhibit hall.

It’s set to be a jam-packed day with horse, cattle, dog, and donkey showing competitions, vintage displays, a kids’ petting farm, kids’ zone, food stalls, tug of war, and 30 trade stands.

With a long and deep history, the Co. Clare Agricultural Show Society has played an important part in the agricultural heritage of the county for well over 100 years.Every year the annual county show attracts many competitors and spectators from far and wide.

With classes in horticulture, cattle, horses, dogs, jumping, driving, arts and crafts, the show provides a platform to showcase the best of horticulture and agriculture in all its forms.
